        Its a definite 5 stars for me. I think the staff here are wonderful and very caring. I was looking to adopt a particular dog but needed to go through the proper procedures prior to her becoming available. Shout out to Terry because I called every day to check on her and Terry was always kind and polite. Everyone we worked with were extremely professional and so good with all the pups. Thank you all. We love our prissy little Lulu!!

        Unfortunately the front desk lady Doris was very unfriendly when I asked about volunteering. Why is the shelter being staffed by one woman but they are refusing volunteers? Looking at the other negative reviews it looks like they could benefit from the help.

        The staff was fantastic, but there was an older man who worked there. He made a very rude and disrespectful comment to me and my mother whos were already upset and he just made it worse. His name was Steven and I dont recommend.
