We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. No pushy sales tactics just the facts and they were all very accommodating. Our sales guy Marty was exceptional!! After the sale was complete he spent an additional 40 minutes or more setting up my phone to the car and helping me to feel comfortable with the many new settings. I would highly recommend going to see Marty at Flow Acura of Wilmington. Such a great experience!

We just bought a RDX Acura yesterday from Gillian at Flow Acura in Wilmington, NC and our experience was fantastic! Gillian was amazing to deal with, we felt no pressure whatsoever to buy and she knew everything about the cars and SUV's she showed us. We ended up purchasing a RDX and couldn't be happier! This is our 3rd Acura over the years and as usual, the dealership was clean, the staff were all welcoming, and Dave who closed the finance side of the deal was super helpful and made us comfortable with the trade in value we got as well as the price of the RDX we purchased. Picked up my new integra type S this week from the dealership there. Marty was my sales person and he and the team there really earned my business. Our first visit was impromptu as a dealer accross town had a used type s that i was scheduled to drive, but received a call that morning that the car had sold the evening prior. Not sure if i would lke it or not i saw that Flow had a new one, so stopped to look at it. I thought it was a great car, but didnt want a black car. By the time we got home to Myrtle Beach, Marty had found a white one in transit that he said he could get for me in a few weeks. Ive never gotten a trade offer that I felt 100% happy with, but this dealership was by far rhe best in my experience. The deal was done and I couldnt be more stoked. My only regret is that we didnt show acura for my girlfriends suv that we bought recently. Oh well, next time. Thanks Flow!

After a long day of car searching, my young adult daughters and I stopped by Flow Acura as a last ditch effort to find a used car for my 20 year old. We were having trouble finding a car that looked preowned on this lot (they all looked just like new ones) but happened to see the perfect one as we were just about to leave. We were greeted by Gillian and quickly realized that THIS was going to be our car. She was sooo sweet and took the time to show us every detail of this beautiful preowned RDX. She was very knowledgeable and treated my daughter with so much respect. When it came time to talk numbers and options with financing she and Dave were so professional and made me feel so at ease. The experience was relaxed, the atmosphere was so comfortable, and it all felt so right. It was refreshing to have a professional young woman helping us with this purchase and she knew JUST what she was doing! I highly recommend this dealership and suggest you ask for Gillian when you first arrive! She knows this business and will make you feel right at ease!l

LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Acura RDX and its all thanks to Gillian Novello! Such an amazing personally paired with some great knowledge of the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. When one imagines the average car dealership experience, they think of a sales person hounding you which inevitably can lead to you feeling uncomfortable. Gillian was the exact opposite of this. She was so open to and supportive of all of my specific requirements and provided me with many options. She was genuinely passionate about her job and showed much enthusiasm when discussing any Acura vehicle. When she was asked for her personal opinion she gave an honest and truthful one which is all I could have asked for. I can write nothing but GREAT things about my experience with Gillian and this dealership! Thank you for helping me find my dream car, I am obsessed!
