        They do my husbands funeral and Im never got my necklace I ordered with his print, the air conditioner went out and I about past out from heat, they are the worst ever!!!! A nightmare within a nightmare

        So, I am pretty sure they are out of business, and have been for a little while now. There phone number doesn't work and there is no-one on location. I just wish they had gotten me my grandmother's death certificate before going out of business.

        Melissa did a wonderful job with my mothers funeral. We wanted it simple but nice & with only immediate family. Mother had suffered enough & we surely didnt need or want to have a viewing. Melissa made all that happen for us just the way we wanted. I am so happy she decided to have her funeral home in Willow Springs. Thank you so much Rachel Family Funeral Home!

        I do not recommend Rachel's Family Funeral Home. We came to them in February 2020. They messed up the obituary posted in the N&O. We still do not have the headstone. Our last conversation we were told we would get a full refund and would have the headstone in place. All they do is make excuses and blame the other person for the mistake. My husband called again today, as soon as he gave his name she hung up on him. Do not waste time with these people.
