Car trouble in the middle of a seven hour trip and they went out of their way to get me back on the road. Jennifer, Bethany, and the whole crew really looked out for me. If I lived near Williamston, this would be my garage! Great communication, reasonable rates, excellent work, and above all, real concern for the customer. Thank you Jimmie Council's!

Driving to the outer banks from Charlotte, nc today and my check engine light came on 5 minutes away from this shop. Arrived during their lunch hour and every team member I encountered was so kind and reassuring and took care of my car issue quickly so that I could get on my way to my vacation. So thankful to have found this shop! 10/10 would recommend!

Every single person we talked to was so personable and kind. They could have easily turned us away as we called minutes before closing but they went out of their way to find us someone who could tow our car quickly. They fixed our tire and were so helpful with advice and resources in the area. Highly recommend! Service: Tires
