Find a better company...they will deliver the building 8 months late, destroy your yard, and leave trash behind.

Completely horrible experience purchasing a building from this company. Parent Company is "PSG Custom Fabrication". They also operate as "Steel Building Garages", "U.S. Buildings", "U.S. Safe Room", and "Steel Arch Buildings". They delivered the building 8 months late, left large amounts of trash and wooden crates, and carelessly destroyed the yard during install. They hid behind the contract every time when confronted with issues. I left comments on their Facebook page voicing my concerns regarding my experience and they were quickly deleted and I was blocked. They have made no attempt to address the issues. Do your research and FIND A BETTER COMPANY! with quality customer service.

If I could give you zero stars, that's what I'd do. I have never in my life had someone cuss me so bad over the telephone. I would never recommend this company to anyone wanting a building. We paid good money for a building and a few weeks after the building was up, the electricians arrived, opened the entry door and started working. They said they heard a crash and the door fell off the hinges. They said no one was around when it happened but them, and after they looked at the door, the framing of the door had been drilled and refilled with putty. They felt like we were sold a "seconds" door that had been repaired. We contacted the company and told them about the door. Their answer was that we had signed off on the building, therefore they are not liable for anything. But before we signed off, we asked one of the installers to sign a paper that if it failed inspection, that they would come back and repair anything that had failed. After they told us that they wouldn't repair it, we sent the company a copy of the paper that the installer signed. His answer to that was "we let them sign a lot of papers like that, but it didn't matter". My husband told the owner that if it wasn't repaired or replaced that I would take him and his company, and installer, to court. His answer was " you're just an SOB wanting something for free". Then he said "F" you and hung up on us. AND, we will be taking him to court.
