Justin is a man of his word. He painted my cabin and a home in Asheville that we sold for $10k profit. We had proposals written up and he fulfilled every stipulation. Write up what you want and he will own it with much pride. I find it hard to believe that anyone who had spelled out expectations didn't get what they asked/paid for.

We had JW Painting redo our back deck and paint the house. We couldn't be happier with the results and look forward to entertaining on the new deck this summer. The whole team was respectful and professional and we plan on using them for more projects in the future!

We hired Bill to power wash, caulk, sand and put 2 coats of paint on our house. New rain gutters were added on to the project at a later point. We signed the contract on Apr 3 and last saw him yesterday, May 2. Minus a week when he was gone on vacation, that's 3 weeks of painting my house 😭 . Anyways, our experience was very disappointing. Bill is a very immature individual who should not own a business. His conduct towards his employees was demeaning. He had no respect for either myself nor my husband, which showed in the way he spoke to us; no respect for our neighbors, who shared with us the vulgar language used, at a very high volume, when we weren't home. He was rude, didn't listen and when mistakes were made based on that, he was quickly to blame everyone. NOT ONCE DID HE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HE ERRED. NOT ONCE DID HE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING. The quality of the work is less than satisfactory. He claims to have 25 years of experience, but it doesn't show in practice. We are familiar with the process of having our house painted. BILL HAD NO PLAN!!! He delivered a very sloppy paint job, with overspray on the roof and brick. Damaged our personal property in the process, didn't clean up his tools at the end of the work day and left sharp gutter pieces and rusty nails spread out around the house, where my kids run and play. We heard so many different excuses that it's hard to believe anything he says at all 😡 In the end, we couldn't wait to be rid of him. We will be completing the unfinished job ourselves. We will NOT be hiring J.W. Painting & Remodeling for any further projects + will definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone else. Of course, this is only our experience & if you expect quality work, respectful treatment and good communication, you may want to consider finding a different contractor as well.
