NW Poole installed an Airwell system on my well. My radon level before the install was at 49,500 pcl. Now it's at 1000. Radon in the house was at 4.9 now it's below 1 !!! Thanks to Airwell and NW Poole. The installers did a great job also! Great companies to do business with!!!

This company was responsible for inspecting my well and water treatment system before I bought my house. They failed to flag that the well-head was not up to code. I didn't find this out until 3 years later, when repeated calls to NW Poole to fix the yellowness of my water resulted in no improvement. Eventually the company just quoted me for a new well. I turned to the Environmental Health Department for help. They tested the water and found bacteria in the well. The well head was not sealed properly and the electrical portion of the well was not properly encased. The person from the county who came to look at the well was legitimately angry that NW Poole would overlook such a sub-par setup. NW Poole's negligence put the health of me and my family at risk and they never even apologized. ***added in response to the companys response below*** Yes, I did have regular maintenance on my system. Yall were servicing it regularly the entire 3 years. The work you did in January 2023 was done at the command and under the supervision of Environmental Health to make sure you did it right. If you have no record of this, it is further evidence of the sub-par practices of your company.

ABSOLUTE HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Long time local resident selling our home through local realtor. Decided to install a small point of use reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink for new home buyer. Since the home is vacant, we authorized the realtor to make arrangements with this company while we are out of the home to install this system. Upon return, we received an 1800 dollar invoice for the installation of a 'Pentair Reverse Osmosis POU Filter System. We then went to the home and looked at the installation and to taste the water. Upon inspection, I was surprised at how small the unit was, so I decided to look it up - found out that it is a widely available unit on Amazon and several other places for under $500.00. $1984.13 charged to install a sub $500 filter system under a sink???? HIGHWAY ROBERY in my opinion. This installation is one of the most BASIC tasks - absolutely no more than 2 hours installation time for a novice. I called NW Poole Well and Pump company and was forwarded to a man named Ron. I told him I thought that there must be a mistake. He said there was no mistake and that he stood behind that invoice and those charges. When I confronted him with the fact that the unit is available for less than 500 dollars, he started talking about wholesale pricing and warrantees. The conversation devolved quickly. I hate to leave negative reviews - but this experience is no different than if you send your family member off to the mechanic with your car to only find out later that they were charged $479.00 for an oil change. Do better people! Shamefull! EDIT - 10/12/2023 Within hours of posting this review, a principle at this company called me and asked what they needed to do to deal with my complaints - seemed like a reasonable guy - I told him I was driving and asked him to send his contact info to me via email and I would get back to him later that evening. He said fine. Took my email address. Minutes later, this is what I got from him via email - tells alot about the mindset of these people: .... I will be happy to discuss this matter more over the phone, however, if payment is not received by the end of the business day today we will be forced to file a lien on the property where this work was performed........ Keep in mind, I JUST GOT THE INVOICE THAT DAY! He can't control himself long enough to talk with me before trying to intimidate and demand payment with threats of putting liens on my home if I don't pay within 2 hours!!! If I had any doubts about the lack of good faith from this company, they all disappeared with that email. People, just buy your equipment from Amazon certified seller and get your local plumber to install - he won't charge 1300 dollars and probably will have better customer service skills that this man.

We had an issue with our tankless hot water heater. We had no hot water, a loud banging noise in the wall and a water pressure problem. We called two companies to service the Hot Water Heater only to find out that the issue was not resolved and might be the well. I called N.W. Poole Well and Pump Co. on Wednesday. I spoke to Chris, told him the issues and he diagnosed the problem. He took my info and called me back right away with an appointment for Friday. Very Fast reponse and appointment time. Ryan and Barry arrived on Friday at noon. They replaced the pressure tank which was not working, the pressure gauge, a cracked pvc pipe and the Grundfos Box which was cracked in several places and broken. These guys are very knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. Ryan and Barry let me know that the damages were due to the well being hit by something hard enough to cause all the damage. They got to work immediately and got everything up and running quickly. The water pressure is restored, the noise is gone and the hot water is restored. Thank you Chris for getting service to us quickly. Thank you Ryan and Barry for your expertise in your work. I will never call any other well company to service our well. I Love these guys!!!!
