Recently, my mom and I had the pleasure of working with Carolina Casa for crawl space vapor barrier work in Wendell, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The team's professionalism was evident throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to fix the crawl space door and remove old debris from under the house. Moving to a new area and finding reliable contractors can be a challenge, but Carolina Casa made the entire experience seamless. Big thank you to Ryan and team for their outstanding crawl space work! They went above and beyond, removing old insulation and debris, treating mold, and expertly installing a high-quality vapor barrier. The new insulation and crawl space door look great! Ryan's professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. Bonus points: When I had a surprise water leak, Ryan quickly got a plumber on-site, fixing the issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. Seamless payment process and a scheduled follow-up, too. Can't recommend Ryan and his team enough!

Ryan and his team were great to work with! I used them to encapsulate my old crawl space that was in rough shape. They also installed a dehumidifier and a sump pump, and dug a couple of drains as well. Ryan and his team were great! They were as polite as you could imagine when they were on site. Also when speaking to Ryan, he was very timely and polite in all of his communications. I took a gamble on a smaller local business as opposed to a larger more national company to do the work, and I have zero regrets in doing so. If you are looking to have any sort of work done and are considering Casa Carolina, please let this review/endorsement be a sign that you should give Ryan and his team the business!
