Just found out they are turning off the AC!!! Worst communication!!! The response was BS and there is no way to contact anyone!! Doubled my rent in less than 4 months!! I was really disappointed when they raised my rent from $79 to $168 in 4 months. I would not rent from this company, since you can't trust the quotes you are give for the units. I only had 2 months with the original quoted price.

I love that it's close to my home and it's clean and nice . However the price increased so much it's hard to afford this space really and I've not had the space even a yr it went from $80 to like $105 each month after like 2mths.. An better not forget to pay it by the 5th or it's another fee. I've never had a storage space be stressful. . Highly disappointed need to look into downsizing or get my original rate back or finding another storage PRICE GOUGING

So far, so good. Very clean, lit and air conditioned. A few spiders here and there but seems pretty well maintained. The only complaint i have so far was a price increase after a few months.

Follow-up on previous negative review: they are stuck in local red tape before they make improvements on the back lot. The manager of the local facility contacted me, explained and restored my original contract rental rate.
