We could hear water spraying inside the wall of the powder room. They arrived within 15 minutes of my call, found the pinhole, repaired and replaced the damaged pipe, tidied up with their own broom and dustpan, all within an hour. Very polite and personable young men and we’d recommend them highly.

Kris and Brian were great to work with. Kris got us scheduled quickly after we contacted her, and Brian and Kyle had my hot water heater removed from my attic and a new unit installed in my garage in just a matter of a few hours. Never had a single day without hot water, and no worries about a leak in our top floor anymore! I will work with Brian on all my future plumbing needs and strongly recommend him for your home maintenance plumbing needs. Excellent workmanship. And a family business.

Quick response and very knowledgeable, called Brian's Plumbing for a water pipe repair, was quoted the same day and the job was completed the following day. Very nice people but I did feel a little scammed. I called and told them I had no hot water. They came out and repaired my element on my water heater. I assumed they fixed the problem. The next two days, I still had no hot water. I was told it could be a faulty part. They came back out and I was told they replaced the element again. The next day, they came out again because again, no hot water. I was then told the entire unit needed to be replaced to the tune of $1500. After already paying $475 for the element. Very nice people but I know the rust they discovered did not appear in two days. I wish they had told the the entire unit was shot before shelling out $475 dollars. They are very nice and responsive, but I am still out nearly $500 for something that wasnt even the problem. Service: Water heater repair

Brian did a fantastic job with my two showers! He replaced the fixtures and the pipes and I very much appreciated his help. It turned out that my pipes to the shower were not even up to code. Kris, the office manager was very patient with me and thoroughly explained the job. They were able to provide a general quote before coming out to my house.
