James is awesome, we're considering moving all our insurance home, auto and RV with another carrier and have been talking with him. I'm a very particular and old school person and he has shown a great deal of patience and understanding with all of my questions and concerns. While we have yet to decide who we're going with at this point, I wish more folks in the insurance industry showed as much concern for folks needs like he does. Chosing the right company for us is still undecided, I do wish he could write for them all. Will update after our decision but finding an agent as caring as he has been is a tough go these days. Update: I Said I would update, we chose to go with James ( advantage) with our home insurance. We shopped around rates and company's for several days and James was more than competitive on most of our needs. The determining factor for us was him, his diligence and honesty. We will save a little as well yes, but hey, a few dollars here or there over a year should not be the most important factor when choosing someone to handle YOUR needs. He has proven he will go above and beyond to help meet what you want and yet get you what you need, he has definitely earned our business and respect. The Parkers Knightdale NC
