In attempting to call David's business today, I was given a rude experience of "What do you want?" when he answered the phone. I hadn't even got to the topic of asking questions about his tax services / let alone saying my name. He mentioned he wasn't taking on new clients after I called, but it could have been much approached better.

David has always had the answer to all my tax questions. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

David is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever met. David provided me with a price range to file the taxes for my businesses and personal return, to which I agreed. After my filing was complete, I called with a question about how to pay the state and federal taxes online, and he was extremely agitated as soon as he picked up the phone. I asked him if he was angry because he had an extremely rude tone, and he said yes, and starting cursing at me and yelling at me. He cursed me out on the phone, yelled at me, and said he wasn't getting paid enough to deal with my sh*t (despite him setting his own price). I told him he needed to apologize immediately because clearly he was taking out his frustrations of tax season on me unfairly, to which he refused and hung up. A day later, he sent me a pathetic, insincere 1 sentence email that says: "Mar 21, 2019, 4:42 AM I apologize for getting angry when talking with you yesterday. David" He then sends me the invoices, and they are above our agreed upon price range. How can you both claim you aren't getting paid enough to deal with "my sh*t", and then bill me more. Makes absolutely no sense. In my opinion, David is unstable and offensive, and I would never work with someone again who treated me like that. I caution anyone else who is considering hiring him.
