On the installation day, Lorenzo stepped in to assist and his helpfulness and kindness did not go unnoticed. Together, they made a great team, showcasing not only their professional expertise but also their excellent customer service skills. The quality of the installation itself is top-notch. The piping work is meticulous, reflecting the high standards of workmanship that Anthony, Lorenzo, and the rest of the WNCII team uphold. It's clear they are pros in every sense of the word - knowledgeable, skilled, and dedicated to delivering the best outcome for their clients.
