We can't speak kindly enough of our experience with Tom Elio. We have purchased and sold homes in the Asheville Area with Tom as our realtor we always felt completely confident with Tom. We had very little knowledge about the area and we needed to find the right home in a perfect neighborhood. We met with a couple of area realtors before Tom, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on also Tom is extremely knowledgeable about the surroundings areas and home construction. He pointed out the pros and cons of each home we toured. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Tom walked us through every step of the negotiations placing our best interest first. We have recommended Tom time and time again so if you are thinking about buying or selling a home in the Asheville area Tom is the agent we recommend! We love our new vacation mountain home!
