This practice is extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. I did not mind the 3D x-ray when I first came because I appreciate that it allows the doctors to detect and diagnose other possible etiologies that many of us can be generally unaware of. Dr. David performed a dental procedure that I was very nervous about and Jerry assisted. Jerry made me feel extremely at ease from the beginning to the end of my appointment. She is so compassionate and I cannot thank her enough, she is incredible. Dr. David is very kind and personable. His humor is relaxing and definitely calmed my anxiety. Glad I was referred here!

Always kind and the care for my health and teeth is exceptional. I come for a cleaning every 3 or 4 months out of necessity. For the last 5 plus yrs I must say My dentist and hygienist are outstanding providers. Office manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I chipped my tooth some months back the team jumped through hoops to get me in for treatment. It was so uncomfortable dealing with the injury. I was so relieved and grateful after the treatment.

Dr David and Erin are the best! I spent most of my life terrified of the dentists office and neglected my oral health for a long time! Thanks to Erin and Dr David my mouth is in the best shape it has ever been. Dr David mentioned to me it looked like I had sleep apnea and got home testing set up for me. It turns out I had severe apnea so not only my oral health is better, the rest of me is too! Thank you Dr David and Erin! You are my heroes!

The requirement to have full head 3D X-rays as a prerequisite to coming in for bleaching trays led me to question this practice. I asked them for information on the necessity and radiation exposure of this imaging, and was given none. They said they would get back to me and they never did. When I looked it up I found that these 3D x-rays are uncovered by insurance because they are unnecessary. They are a major source of income for the practice though and provide them with a sense of security for their fear of litigation, but they expose patients to unnecessary radiation. I am very disappointed that this practice will not discuss their recommended procedures with their patients and allow them to make informed decisions about their care. There is an article in the Washington Post that discusses which dental x-rays are warranted and why, and the associated risks with excessive ionizing radiation (such as x-ray) called Excessive dental X-rays can expose patients to unnecessary radiation and expense The ADA has guidelines about this too, and unsurprisingly they do not include this new fad 3D imaging at all. This is the definition of unethical.
