        Really disappointed in the Hawthornes lack of following through on their word. We were given a price for a 6 month lease and after confirming this with the leasing agent, she said she would look into it further and then came back to us the next day and said that she gave us an incorrect price. We had already spent about 45 minutes touring the complex and had begun making arrangements to move when this spanner was thrown in the works. After days of trying to follow up and get confirmation on price, we were told that they wouldnt be able to honor the quoted price. Dont quote someone a price you arent willing to stand by - thats false advertising!

        The staff has been wonderful. The maintenance team have been top of the line. We've met some amazing people in the community in the short time that we we're here. We hope those connections stay well past after leaving to our new home.
