This community has a very helpful staff. Sarah and Chelyn are patient and kind and go out of their way to help whenever needed. Their follow up is prompt and complete. The location is very convenient for me with easy, fast access to grocery stores and pharmacy. The property is beautiful and fellow residents have become friends. The staff creates true community.

I cannot say enough about the kind staff and excellent customer service ! Sarah has been so wonderful to work with as I plan my move from a long distance to the property . Where we live is so so important and she has been a dream to work with ! Thank you Sarah and staff !!!!!

We have lived here for 7 months now and have had a great experience! The staff is so welcoming - Sarah is kind-hearted and always greets us with a smile and a dog treat for our dogs. She is quick to respond to requests and follows up with us to be sure that we are satisfied. The new manager, Chelyn, is quick to get things done and take care of business. We love that! The location is convenient to I-26 and grocery stores but what we love most is our neighbors. They are friendly and genuinely look out for one another. I think the staff has fostered that by making community a priority. They always have fun events planned where everyone gets to meet other people in the community. Also, Weaverville is a sweet, quaint town. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to feel at home in a newer built apartment.
