Called to get them to come out to quote replacing some windows. Immediate response is "We will take a $200 deposit to put you on the measuring schedule". Hmmm... My response, "Not interested"

They have the worst costumer service ever! Gary V. was condescending, disrespectful and lied a number of times. I needed one stationary window and 2 smaller windows replaced. He told me that they didnt replace windows, just the glass. Lie. He took on the job of the stationary window, which he measured wrong and he said that numbers got transposed. Lie. He measured wrong. He told me that he couldnt put a rush on it, it would be another 6 weeks. Lie. The factory made it wrong, the second time, and it was done in a week. I was always the one that had to reach out to him, he didnt ever bother to call me. He even went so far as to have the receptionist call me. I was never rude or disrespectful to him and I wish he wouldve given me the respect to call me and be respectful. Not sure if I was a women or if I wasnt a local or both. Either way I will never give them my business again. Lesson learned.

My personal experience with Blue Ridge Glass was terrible. Our order wasn't large, but there was one piece of glass we couldn't get delivered. Without this one piece, we had a large gaping hole in the front of our cabin, which prevented our contractor from finishing. I made several calls to Blue Ridge inquiring about the glass and was sent to our salespersons voicemail each time. I never once heard back from the salesperson and eventually I lost my patience. Today I called yet again and when I was told they would transfer me to our salesperson, I told the girl on the phone that was a waste of time because our salesperson was obviously a POS. This had been going on for months! She hung up on me. However before she was able to do so, I told her the next call Blue Ridge received from me would be on the behalf of my attorney. Amazingly our salesperson called me back within 10 minutes. It's a shame that you have to threaten a company with legal action to have them return a call.
