Austin and his company are super professional. They show up with the best equipment and team and get the job done right. After another company didnt show up, I called them and they were super responsive, and came out the same week to take care of some dangerous trees hanging over our house. We watched them work and their skills to do everything safely and efficiently was impressive. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in WNC who needs both the smallest job and biggest job done! Austins tree service is the best in WNC.

Very impressive with the work and manner they went about there business. Took down a major tree and cleared area in four hours. Got quote day before and next morning they were here. U can relax and feel secure of the work they do.

In February of 2024, I discovered three large trees on my property that were rotting and needed to be taken down. I live in a community where the homes are extremely close together. I contacted a number of tree serves for quotes. Austins was the only service that gave me a reasonable rate. All of the trees were 100-125 ft. tall. Austin was on the job in approximately one week from the time he came to give me a quote till he showed up to start the job. Austin and his crew did an outstanding job trimming and cutting the trees with precision. Austin even cut much of the trees into firewood at my request. I highly recommend this company. Austin and his crew are highly skilled, professional, and courteous. You can depend on Austins Tree Service.

I first encountered Austins crew as they were removing three 60+ year old oak trees on my neighbors property. After just a few minutes of seeing his crew scale the trees with ropes and gently lowering each branch one by one to the ground I knew that if I could afford them they were exactly who I needed to fell several aged trees on my property. After approaching one of the crew members asking if they do estimates he said he would send the boss over asap. Right around lunch Austin came over and the first thing out of his mouth was thank you for your service and shook my hand. He had apparently seen the military tag on my truck. I explained that I had several trees that needed removed and proceeded to show him. Austin took care to listen to me as the property owner and carefully considered my concerns. He recognized that these trees definitely needed removed and quoted me a very fair price so we made arrangements for their removal. His crew showed up promptly and had the work knocked out before lunch without any damage to property or any of the trees below. He even gave me a free load of mulch after chipping up the trees from next door. One doesnt typically encounter this type of courtesy in this day and age. They are to be commended for their attention to detail. Austins Tree Service crew works well together is military/veteran friendly and even has a veteran in his employ. They are family owned and operated with some of the crew holding degrees from the local college dealing in forestry. No job is too big for them so if youre looking for a knowledgable, full service crew look no further. I will definitely be having them back off season for more tree thinning for view enhancement.
