Avoid this group. They kept promising me a sub 4% interest rate in Feb 2021 while rates were still low, but dragged out the closing purposely, failed to lock my rate even after asked, just to win themselves a 6.75% rate im now stuck with. Ive bought 10 houses, and these guys are dishonest. Wouldnt work w them.
