It's sad that every company you deal with anymore wants to demand money from potential customers before anyone lifts a finger. We were all set to purchase a single wide for a rented lot while we were in the process of developing property nearby. We were told they needed $1,000 just for the movers to drive to the property and do a site visit to make sure they could deliver. They sent one guy out to the property within a couple of days who told us over and over that he saw no problem getting the model we had chosen onto the property. We purchased our reconnect permits for the existing septic and well only to be told almost 2 weeks later by another mover at Clayton that it could not be delivered. Our $1,000 was refunded but the way we were treated and left hanging was very rude and insulting after being told that everything was good.

Top notch customer service! Highly recommend! If you're planning to purchase a new home, go through this location and ask for Sam. He went above and beyond to keep us informed with what's going on and what the next step will be. If there wasn't something done the way we wanted it, he'd make sure it was corrected to our liking. Can not stress enough how great his customer service was. Thank you Clayton homes, and thank you Sam!
