I own 14 Rental Cabins/Cottages in Cullowhee. SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Called this company for an emergency and they came right out. Completed the job correctly Good work isn't cheap, and I'm willing to pay to get a job done right the 1st time. OTHERS In the Sylva/Cullowhee area, there are only a few good tradesmen and they are almost impossible to get out, let alone for an emergency. Contracted with Roberts Electrical Services LLC for new construction project based on time and materials. When I received my invoice, Roberts refused to provide the detail of the material charges on the invoice. After considerable effort, and expense, we discovered these items on our time and materials invoice: lumber, white paint, one tank of gasoline, 2 claw hammers, one apron. Is this what YOU should be paying for on YOUR electrical project? Services: General construction, Electrical wiring installation

Read Michelles review as it is quite informative. Tread carefully and look around as there are many good electricians in the area. 2022: I read Shannon Roberts reply. The public will get a sense of who he is based on his reply to me. Advice: Always obtain a written estimate and monitor time and workers onsite. Michelle and I have had similar experiences with Roberts Electrical Service.
