        The care and courtesy at this office is wonderful. Everyone is kind and professional. However they are only in-network with ONE dental insurance provider and I was not informed of this when making my appointments or when using my (out of network) insurance at checkout. I ended up with a major bill that could have easily been avoided had they told me they only accept one dental insurance. My husband uses a different insurance company and he was not informed either. We wasted hundreds of dollars that could have been covered had we known ahead of time. This is something Ive never encountered before so I didnt think to ask, and it would have been so helpful if they had said something up front.
