    Switched to t-mobile for better service, wanted 2 lines, was talked into 3, was told 3rd line and phone was free, only had to pay taxes on phone, went to pick up 3rd phone, was told I had to pay $340 down payment on a phone that was supposed to be free, SCAM ARTISTS AT IT'S BEST, will be switching to another carrier and they can shove these phones where the sun doesn't shine!!!

    Kind, thoughtful, patient and informed customer service! I came from over an hour away in the hope that they would have a way to get my old phone up and running and advice on what I could do about my recently, excavator-run-overed phone. All three people chipped in and conferred...felt like a human being rather than just a customer/number.

    Walked in yesterday evening, February 15, 2024, between 4 and 6 pm asking for help to unlock a phone. The older gentleman and surfer dude on duty wouldn't help me but were Gung ho to sell me service. The older gentleman (and I use that term loosely since I'd like to call him by what he really is and am too nice) stated a bunch of hooey then said he was just trying to educate me. I then got rude with him like he deserved and told him where he could stick his unsolicited education. I then went home and found a way to request an unlock code which wasn't part of said education. Went BACK in today and Christian and Caleb went all out to help me and I was able to successfully walk out with an unlocked phone. Both these young men KNEW I wasn't going to put the phone on there service and consequently had NO hope of a penny of commission for their work but helped me anyway. If you need ANYTHING from this store I HIGHLY recommend you speak to either Christian or Caleb and no one else!!!

    I had a great experience with the store on the hill! The employees were very nice. One stand up individual named Christian made sure that everything went incredibly smooth for me and he was super helpful in setting up my line with t mobile!
