        Very disappointed with Heywoods response to our dissatisfaction with their top of the line $3200 Amish king bed and box spring. After only 2 months both sides have deep indentation. Same after flipping. Told us to deal direct with manufacture which we did to no avail. Were stuck with a very expensive, uncomfortable mattress. Last time we buy from Heywood.

      We apologize that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We at Haywood Bedding must follow manufacture guidelines on all warranty issues. Per those guidelines, indentations must reach 1.5 inches or greater to be a construction defect. As per the measurements that you provided, your mattress is not defective and does not currently qualify for an exchange per manufacturer guidelines. Per the issue of comfort issue, your purchase date was 10 months prior and would not qualify for any comfort issues. As stated on your phone call, the manufacture warranty can still be honored if and when your mattress meets their guidelines. Again, we apologize that you feel dissatisfied, but we welcome you to compare the previous stated policies against any others on the market that we either meet or rise above.
