Palisades at Plott Creek

Living at Palisades at Plott Creek was an amazing experience! The staff are very nice and attentive, the apartments are clean and move-in ready! There are many amenities including a pool, gym, dog park, as well as food trucks that come to the property bi-weekly. The property is gated and the lawn care is kept up immaculately! I would recommend these apartments for anyone interested in the WNC area.

My wife and I were selling our house and looking for a place to stay. The people at Palisades couldnt have been better or made the process easier. We didnt wind up renting, but their kindness and professionalism didnt go unnoticed. Thank you so much

I have lived in and known people who lived in a few properties owned by this company and this location is by far my favorite. Kristen and Austen make you feel welcome the second you walk in the door. They are helpful, kind and take care of any questions immediately. The area is beautiful! You feel isolated in the mountains, but it's very close to shopping needs.

This was a wonderful place to live as an interim move (13 months) after selling our home. Palisades at Plott Creek was a beautiful apartment complex, with all buildings and grounds well maintained. The very friendly staff was excellent in every way and immediately attentive to our needs or requests. We had absolutely no complaints about our stay!

I have lived here for over a year. It is the perfect location close to downtown Waynesville and easy access to the expressway. The apartments are affordable and very new. The walls are thick enough we dont hear our neighbors and during the winter the windows keep our heat inside instead of letting it escape. Having an online portal to pay rent and NOT charge an arm and a leg for convenience fee is amazing. My wife and I have saved so much money moving here. You can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in the property because the landscape is well maintained. The staff curates weekly for a food truck to be on site which is awesome! It adds culture to our community and makes it unique. They provide monthly air filter changes and pest control which was a cost out of my own pocket at my old place. The clubhouse has a locker system for packages which makes me feel comfortable my stuff is safe if Im not able to get there right away. Overall I give this place and the staff a 10/10 I couldnt ask for more.
