Laura Gerard a realtor at Rich Realty represents us on our flips here in Washington, NC. I think we have bought 12 and sold 11 with her. Her knowledge of the area, what buyers want, comps, negotiating skill set, advice and late night questions go beyond what most would do for me, as I tend to be a pain, especially if I see a listing at midnight and want to see it at 8am. She is a great communicator and does not waste time with contracts. Thank you for all you do for our success in Washington, NC, including the purchase of our personal home!
