        The fact that they are not taking new patients during the Covid-19 crisis when this is obviously a time of great mental distress on people, should tell you enough about them as a whole. Dr. Joe is the only thing this place really has going for it and the only reason they are getting 3 stars.

        I've been a outpatient with Vidant Behavioral Health long before the merge of ECU Health so I can assure you that I have felt nothing but welcome with every visit. The staff is always so accommodating and conscientious. And Dr. Koloppa is an amazing doctor and person. I appreciate all the support and the trust she has with me as her patient. I only wish I could get my brother in there to see her again. I'm worried he's not being given the care he needs and deserves by his current psychiatrist at his currently assigned facility. Please, staff at Vidant Behavioral Health, if there are any available openings for my brother do let me know. You have my number on file as a patient so please do reach out to me if/when you have an opening available for him to be seen. Thank you sincerely, Ron Price
