        I would like to start by saying I have never left a bad review in my life. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. So, I called a day before to ask about having a mower we purchased from them serviced. Was instructed to bring it out the following morning. After driving an hour, I was told it would be 2 weeks before I could pick it back up. This information would have been nice to know when I called the day before. I asked if I could be put on a list and bring it back in 2 weeks after the other customers in front of me has been taken care of. I was told they do not do that. Their reason for not doing 'appointments' is that they don't want other customers to feel like they were skipped. Even though I reinterated I would be perfectly happy waiting for the other customers ahead of me. So I left in frustration. I decided to call the store and politely point out the inconvenience so that maybe they could consider the flaw in their system, I was cut off several times and then hung up on as soon as I mentioned talking to a manager. Incredibly poor customer service from a business we purchased a $10k mower from. Will not return and will advise others to be weary.

      Lee,We would first like to apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you may of experienced. We were trying to review your history to get a better hold on what may of happened, but do not see you in our system.We have found what works best for our repair shop is to do a first in, first out. This eliminates the mechanics from stopping working on one mower to pull in another mower. Jumping back and forth would only delay our work schedule even further. We are estimating to our customers 1-2 weeks, not an actual 2 weeks. This covers the shop in case any parts are needed to be ordered. Most service tickets have actually been running 3-4 business days, but do not want to tell customers this in case it runs into 5 days. We would rather tell you the worst case and hope for the best. If you were hung up on by an employee, then we would like to know who that employee was, so we can address that issue separately. We know employees represent our store, but one employee's action does not represent the entire store.We hope that you will reconsider and continue to do business with us.
