If I could give no stars, I would. I am all for communication and understanding that things happen but if you set up appointments with people, keep them. If something comes up, contact them. I waited a week for my tank to get serviced by.... another company. Due to the fact that he did not show up. If anybody needs their septic tank serviced, call Dr. Pumper. They are amazing.

Scott was great. He came out on a Sunday and was here maybe 30 minutes. Efficient and full of helpful information on maintaining a healthy septic system.Really happy with his service.

I would give zero stars if possible. Spoke to Mr. Scott on the phone. Next day, he arrived two hours late and for 10 minutes; no text or phone call about being late. He wouldnt provide an estimate and said he would return once we had the permit. We have the permit.
Spoke with him on the phone two more times. He said he was coming but never showed up. Again, no call or text. We waited for hours each time. Dont waste your time find someone that is professional and shows a minimum consideration for others.
