My husband arrived at 4:50 after going out of his way to make it before 5pm to find them closed. Why do they close at 4:45 instead of 5pm like most other locations?

I arrived just before closing time with a large textbook and realized they didnt sell a mailing a bag large enough for it. The clerk went out of her way to help me find something to wrap it in, even though it was close to closing time. Great service!
