BUYER BEWARE! There is a reoccurrence with this store never having bacon. If youre lucky, theyll have bacon in the mornings but dont expect them to have bacon at night. Your bacon king will be without bacon. They dont do anything to make it right, they refuse to give a refund/cancel your order, and when you complain because your order is wrong, they will make everyone elses order before yours so the rest of your order gets cold. The attitude from the manager and employees from this location is unreal. I would recommend going to the one on Capital Blvd if you really want Burger King to eat. Also service was extremely slow. Waited about 15 minutes in the drive through before getting our food and once we got our food it was STILL wrong to where we had to go inside and once again get it corrected.

Went thru the drive-thru the other day and mistakenly forgot to say large. Asked if the order could be adjusted and was more than willing to pay for it. The lady waved it off with an attitude but gave us the order and we thanked her. Went thru again today and as I ordered the first item, I heard an ugh. I proceeded to order as normal. Went to the window and it was the same woman. We paid, were kind, thanked her but I could tell something was up. Did not get a receipt back which is not normal. We usually get a receipt. Sure enough, we got home and not only was the size wrong but so was the breakfast sandwich. Im not sure what this womans problem is but clearly she has issues. The other people we have encountered at this location have always been wonderful but this one sour apple should find a job she enjoys.
