NEAT is a moving familys dream come true!! They were beyond detailed, professional, clean! I mean they labels every single box for every space the boxes needed to go. Our movers job was so easy because of NEAT!! Ive never seen such organization packing up and unpacking! If youre moving or just want your home meticulously organized, hire NEAT! Terri and her team are truly incredible. It took many months to help my clients with not only decluttering, but major, organizing in a property they had owned for 17 years! They are devoted leaders in their industry. Working together with my sellers they produced the magic it takes during a stressful time. I recommend Bill and Terri to anyone looking for honesty, integrity and true grit!

They should be considered a weight-loss business! I lost so much heaviness deciding to bring them in to sort through my cluttered attic. From the first interaction, they were all just wonderful, caring and very charismatic people. They started the day off by making a video of all of them chasing my dog around the yard. What a great way to start the day. They were incredibly efficient, understanding, and just really great at what they do. They quoted me 4 hours, and they walked out with everything done in 4 hours. I cannot say enough great things. It was worth every penny. It's icing on the cake that they take it all and donate it to a local charity. Neat NC, be proud of the business you have built and the incredible team you have put together. You are impressive beyond measure!

Neat NC-it is hard to find the right words to express how incredible this team is! Terri, Bill and their team have become family. They helped us sort through years of life with three now grown children, treasures and memories from both our parents homes! So much just not even sure where to start. Add in recovery from long COVID with overwhelming fatigue and I felt paralyzed and have never been good about asking for help. They came in with their kindness, organizational skills and just started. It was like the sun rising and we could see how we could get where we needed to be. No pushing. Will you use, not sure put over here, dont need-we will donate for you and the whole time encouraging, kind, supportive. It truly was like having a family member next to you-they asked about things so got to relive memories, remembered what we said when they came back. They understood when needed some things packed alone and how precious things were. Moving is so stressful, and help is always good. Terri, Bill and their team are priceless! They have checked in after to see how we are doing, offered encouragement, given advice for staging. Did I mention the hugs when needed or Kleenex with tears? We felt so blessed to have them recommended to us! I would recommend them to anyone who asked. Exceptional! Nancy Knudsen
