My experience started out just fine, and my first appointment was fine. I am used to VA health care so it takes little to impress me. I was taken back late by 10+ at both appointments, so I did not like that. My time is just as valuable as the next persons. The second appointment was terrible. My doctor told me he had had “difficult” patients before me, and only saw me for 30 minutes out of my appointed hour. Then; I texted to cancel my third appointment well before the 48 hour “requirement”, but got a bill for $60 for being a no-show patient. Obviously, if I cancelled my appointment, I was not a no-show. I am so upset with the way this place does business. My mental health is not a joke, and this place made me feel like just another number. I do not suggest going here if you’re looking for help.

Marlena Parson is very knowledgeable and caring. She listened to my worries and quickly knew how to start the process of helping me get better. I am very happy to have found her. I feel much more comfortable and optimistic about battling my problems now that I have her.
