Our family made a big move from Florida to the Raleigh area. Jessica and Property Specific helped make this big change so much easier. While still living in Florida, Jessica was our eyes and ears while searching for the perfect home. Every time Id send her houses or areas I was interested in, shed make her way over and video chat my husband and I. She found us the most gorgeous neighborhood in the Clayton area. We booked a flight and met with Jessica in person. She set aside the entire weekend just for us. We were on a tight schedule. She made every moment count. She drove us around, we saw different homes, lots and set up builder meetings. We eventually decided to build a custom home due to the crazy market we were dealing with. Jessica helped every step of the way. She never missed a builder meeting and was right by our side asking all the right questions (This was an 18 month long process). Id recommend Jessica and property specific to anyone, no hesitation. Her dedication and easy going attitude made this very scary and stressful process so much easier. My husband and I decided to try and become first time home buyers during one of the most volatile time for rates, in the middle of a massive housing shortagewhile living in one of the hottest markets in the the country. People were making 30/40 offers while offering 100K+ sight unseen too secure homes. Looking back on our 7, almost 8 month journey my husband and I know without a shadow of doubt, had we not had the AMAZING broker team that we did its very possible that we would have panicked, retreated and missed out on our familys beautiful first home. We ultimately decided to do a new build and within three weeks of starting our entire home search process, Jess helped us locate a home we loved, place an offer that was reasonable (and we were comfortable with)and and nail a home on the very first offer we ever made! If your searching through google reviews, asking for a ton of references and skimming a dozen websites hoping to find the best of the best.this is your sign, this is it! Jess is UNMATCHED. She is one of the most devoted, hardest working people I have ever met in my life! She was able to keep us level headed and focused. She was always there for every question, every worry, every issue, every problemand every celebratory milestone along our journey. Shes not afraid to get in your crawl space, climb in your attic or comb through the home for any little detail you may have missed or didnt know to look for. This girl knows her stuff! And she knows how to advocate and fight for your concerns and needs. I was confident in every tough situation that arose because we had Jess in our corner pocket! If you are looking for the best, Jess is it. It doesnt get better. We know, we looked! We interviewed, met with, consulted and began work with several realtors before we began this year (and in previous years) and often times pulled out because the lack of professionalism, lack of competency and lack of work ethic was just to much to navigate. You wont find those issues with Jessica. She is unbelievably devoted and absolutely amazing. They do not come better. She is the total package! If you want a powerhouse. This is your girl! Almost a year long process and her work ethic never faltered..it never wavered it never relented. Jess was our broker, our advocate, our advisor, our therapist, our strategistand ultimately became our friend. We will always be grateful to Jess for being one of the sweetest parts of our journey.
