Wow, what a team Carolina Life & Homes Realty is! I got to work with both Katherine and Mary as they are partners/owners of Carolina Life. They did an amazing job presenting what they will do for me to make sure I get my home sold and for the most money possible. They educated me on the proper value and importance of listing it at the value to be competitive but also prepared for the appraisal. Once we were under contract, it didn't stop there! I got personalized attention, help, and guidance through out my transaction. Every step of the way, I was confident in selling my house because of the dedication both Katherine & Mary provided to me.
