Rose-Marie Child does a great job asking the questions you may not think of while looking at properties. She also adds her input that may cause an increase/decrease in the value of the property in the future based on current trends. Rose-Marie is also a strong advocate. If something is not right, she will reach out with your concerns to get them corrected quickly. Lastly, Rose-Marie was great with our young kiddo. During meetings, she would help entertain our child so we could pay attention while still asking/answering important questions.
