Kendall did an amazing job from start to finish for me. From helping me research places to live, preparing my house to sell, and educating me on the selling/purchasing processes, kendal helped make everything feel calm
and controlled. I cannot imagine making this big change without her! She answered endless questions while keeping everything moving forward. Kendal was there with me for a really long double closing day, calming nerves and celebrating! Cannot recommend Kendal enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kendal! We truly feel beyond blessed to have found her! My husband and I needed to move quickly for his work and she went above & beyond to find a home for us that is so perfect! We even bought it unseen - we knew we could trust her! Kendal is incredibly detail-oriented, organized, kind, intelligent, wise, personable, and truly went above & beyond in every area of our home search. She even secured people to help install items we needed on our day of closing. Being new to the area - we have relied on her expertise and connections and she did not let us down! I cannot say enough because there really ARENT adequate words to express how extraordinary Kendal is!!! My youngest daughter and her husband and baby had to move very quickly from Tennessee to NC and there was not even time for them to travel to look at houses! My husband and I took on the search for them-and Kendal made the experience a pleasure from start to finish. She was so attentive and warm and a joy to be with as we toured each option. She truly listened to us and went out of her way to find a home that was the perfect fit. She made us feel like we had a new friend to treasure for life!! She is so honest and caring and knows her stuff-aware of every important detail and quick to point out things we may have overlooked.
Highly recommend Kendal to anyone on a house hunt-you will come away singing her praises!
