Doctors cant leave their political views outside the hospital. Seen Obgyn provided that has she, they on her name tag. Then she completely forgot about the test she said she will order for me. When coming into the doctors office its ok to think that pregnant women will bring baby fathers with them. You dont have to say, who is this person next to you? I dont want to assume anything. Leave your politics views at home!!!

RUN THE OTHER WAY - this place is a NIGHTMARE. Rudest secretaries EVER. On the advice of Legal Counsel, that's all I'm allowed to say until after the trial.

This is not about the professionals working in there. It is about the person that answers the phone (specifically working 02/29/2023 around 10:45). Listen to my phone call for quality purposes and please hire kind and respectful people.

HORRIBLE! WENT TO SEE DR. YUSEF M AND THE INTAKE STAFF PERSON WAS INEPT AND RUDE! KEPT ME WAITING FOR 10 -15 MINS. AND THEN TOLD ME I WAS LATE..WTH! SHE PREVENTED ME TO SEE DOCTOR BECAUSE I PRESENTED AN OLD INSURANCE CARD THAT HAD TERMINATED 12/31/2021. I HAD NOT RECEIVED A NEW CARD. AFTER SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS, i.e, "CALL THE 800 # ON BACK OF CARD TO VERIFY MY BENEFITS!" I ASSURED HER THAT I WAS INDEED INSURED AND CALLED MY HR DEPT AND THEY PROVIDED VERBAL VERIFICATION OF MY ACTIVE INSURANCE STATUS. THIS WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! THEN MY HR REP TEXTED ME MY NEW INS# AND I PROVIDED IT TO HER, WHICH WORKED. I WAS THEN TOLD, "SORRY, IT'S TOO LATE TO SEE THE DOCTOR, WE'RE CLOSING SOON." DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I WOULDN'T SEND A MUTT HERE.
