I had the pleasure of pouring my soul to Deliesha Durden. She helped guide me through insecurities I carried for years. I am a private person so I was surprised at the amount of information I revealed to her; she made me so comfortable. Alyssa is truly a gem of a therapist. She was very professional and warm. Our sessions were very well organized and she helped me logically tackle many of my personal and emotional issues. I would recommend her to any friend.

Deliesha is hands down the best therapist Ive had the pleasure of working with! She knew just how to challenge me kindly, yet firmly. The thing I enjoyed most about sessions with Deliesha is that she always came prepared and wasnt waiting on me to determine the agenda of the session (although I always felt like I could steer the conversation how I felt was right for me). It was always clear to me that she would actually take the time to reflect on our previous sessions and she would come to each session ready to dive right back in.

I cant say enough good things about My Therapist. From the first phone call to my session, everyone was very responsive and caring. Easy to set up an appointment and great communication. High level of professionalism while also making me feel that they really care about me. Highly recommend!
