We went to the Sonic location in Wake Forest, NC. I waited 45 minutes at stall number 9 with no order. The attendant came out and asked had I received my order, I said no. My order was never prepared and had to be rung up again! Again I waited only to receive half of my order that included chicken tenders for my grandkids, that looked as if they had been sitting out all day! No apologies were given. I then left needless to say a very dissatisfied customer that wasted an hour of my time and my money!

15MAR24 - Service level has dropped. If your order is asking it takes forever to get someone to help. Starts changed to 2.
03MAR22 - Now one of our regular stops. Using the app is so easy. Prices are better here than any place else.
01MAY21 - Were here about once a month, still decent food, still good service. Microphone seem to be fixed now communication through the menu system is much better. Eating outside these days is great.
c. 2018 - You know what you're getting at Sonic. Recent improvements to the order menus and screens are great but the microphone and communication systems is still terrible.
Service is ok.
Food is ok.
Ice cream is great.

We ordered a burger with no mayonnaise and tomato and it had a thick layer of mayonnaise. The tater tots were not crispy at all. We had to repeat the order 3 times. The only thing I enjoyed was the cherry limeade.
