This place is awesome. I used to order my soap from dr.squatch. Ran out of bars so I said hell lets give a local vendor a try. 10/10 customer service. selection of soap is crazy plus you can have custom bars of soap made with the scents they have. On top of it they even can make laundry detergent with custom scents too. Awesome place to take guests from out of town. I forgot to mention you can customize beard oil in all the scents they have which is legit. 10/10 place !

Im a huge BCS fan and recently moved here and this one was about an hour away. Ive been missing BC so we took a road trip. I was so excited as its been a few months since I went to one. I more likely wouldnt be back to THIS location. I would go to the other NC stores around. They had a little girls party and these kids were behind crazy. Running around the store made it really hard to shop. I know they are young and excited but they needed to tone it down. Or have parties before or after they close. It didnt make for an enjoyable shopping experience at all. We also had a free soap card we got back in MN which the old store manger had called a few BC and they said theyd be more then happy to take it. Now I know it is store discretion but the lady said no she wont take it. LOl we are spending $100 you cant give us a soap? She seemed like a crabby person. Maybe the party was overwhelming her or whatever but we definitely wont be back to this location. We will go to a store who would appreciate our business.
