The son was next door to fix the fence on a rental property and I went over and asked him if he could look at a section of mine that needed repairing. He was very respectful and polite and looked at my fence. He quoted me a price that was unbelievable and fixed my fence the same day. He even left me the screws to go back and attach the slats that needed to be reattached once the cement was set on the post repair. He instructed me on how to remove the brace supporting the post once the cement had set and ways to improve my fence with the screws instead of the nails that Seegars Fence (a large fencing company in Raleigh who had installed the fence for us and had only used nails for securing the custom fence. The fence cost us over $5,000 and you would think that a large fence company would have done it right the first time). We are extremely happy with the results of the job performed and are going to call them to give us an estimate for an interior job.

This was the worst experience of my life and that's saying a lot. I cannot believe the incompetence of this "company." They were to rehang a shutter and called and said to leave it out and they would be by in a few days. Almost 2 weeks later and nobody came. I call and he said we will send somebody out in a few days. Almost a week later somebody finally comes and rehangs the shutter, unfortunately it was half hanging off the window! Two days later it fell completely off my home. I called and he said he would send somebody out in a few days (his favorite thing to say) well it's been 2 1/2 weeks and nobody came. I called him today and I didn't raise my voice, didn't cuss just told him how frustrated I was and he said I was "attacking him" sir, it isn't attacking when somebody is telling you facts. If you feel attacked then perhaps you should learn how to run your company and handle customer service. I am shocked at this company. Please don't use them.I have reported them to the BBB

Hired them to do work.  They scheduled to come out and no showed.  THen I called them back they scheduled and no showed again.

well.... we hired them to come out and pressure wash for 150 and take out debris for 100 which consisted of a full size box spring and mattress... a sofa.. and the dryer in the back yard... and other odd and ends... they would of made some good money off us and good customers if they would have finished their job.... well first of all ive learned not to pay after half the work was done... but it really wasnt their fault the power washer broke... but they said they would come back the next day.... nope... then i asked them if they had a trailer for the debris they said yes... i kept texting and reminding them.... nope... then we kept emailing and texting and calling... they kept saying they didnt forget about us... but we already paid for the job.... its been over 2 months now .... nothing... now when they did do the gutters they did good... but now we are threatening claim court...125.00 for undone work.... not satisfied at all...
