        Company came out very quickly and was very knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable and we were given a fair maintenance date & price to keep our existing equipment running and in good shape. Honest work and service. Would recommend!

        I called Hanson because I found their coupon in Valpak. I was able to get a free estimate. Two guys came out, they were respectful but as a woman, I wouldn't call them again.We needed the wiring to the door re-strung. I had an estimate of almost $1,000. Then they negotiated around $500 and a little below that. Once I handed them a coupon one of the gentle men seemed annoyed. I wouldn't have found them without their advertisement. If they would have negotiated with a reasonable price in the beginning we would have gladly paid them.

      Good evening Ms. Chase,I'm really sorry you had such a bad experience. I would like to request that you remove your review from us and post it to the right company that came out to your house because you did not call Hanson overhead of Raleigh.You must have called a different company because we only have one technician. We also do not have any coupons in val pack or anywhere right now. If you do have a coupon with the Hanson name I need you to let me know because somebody is impersonating us. If you had called you would have spoken to me and I would have showed up at your house and resolved your issue at a very reasonable cost and unfortunately I have never spoken to you.
