They are the face of your company and the local rep you have in the wake forest area needs driving lessons and some tips in customer service. A true danger on the road very disappointed

MY EXPERIENCE: Hey Amy, (12/30/19) I just wanted to let you know that we didn't ignore your free sample request! We're in the process of migrating to our new website, and have experienced some hiccups. I've gone ahead and scheduled your free sample for delivery next Thursday in order to avoid holiday scheduling conflicts, so we'll see you then! Thanks, John Good afternoon John, (1/10/20) Just wanted to check in and see exactly which Thursday the sample is supposed to arrive. We have not yet received anything and are looking to start with a new program next month. The team was very excited when I advised them of the sample coming, but now everyone is inquiring on what happened. Please advise Thanks. Amy, (1/10/20) I apologize for the lapse in communication! We previously delivered a free sample to the NC Medical Board at your location several months ago, although I don't have the name of the person who made the request on hand. This would disqualify your office from an additional sample, but I mentioned before that we are making some changes with the launch of our new website, and the free sample program is one of those changes. As of the first of the year, the free sample program has been discontinued, and I've been instructed not to deliver on any more requests. I apologize for this, as I scheduled yours without knowledge of the previous sample or that the service would be discontinued. Again, I apologize, but we appreciate your ongoing interest! If you would like more information on our fresh fruit, coffee service, Micro Markets, tea service, snacks, fresh food and meals, water & ice service, or office supplies, please let me know and I will get it to you! The committee I was attempting to get the sample for encompasses the only people who order fruit for our building. They have all agreed that none of them ever ordered a free sample. We actually had no need to order a free sample previously because we were using a different fruit delivery company for the last few years. So I am extremely curious to know who exactly ordered a free sample previously. Im sure you must have a name somewhere in your system that you could provide the same as you have my contact information from ordering a free sample. In addition, I wanted to express my further dissatisfaction with the fact that I placed my sample request BEFORE the new year began; you responded to my request BEFORE the new year began (and stated at that time that we would expect the sample on the next Thursday, which would have been January 9th at the very latest); and now AFTER the new year is here, I am being advised that the sample program is no longer active. And despite our multiple communications previously, I was never informed of anyone from my place of employment ordering a sample before me, almost as if this was an excuse to not send our free sample possibly because someone dropped the ball your end. I have shared your last email with our staff, and we are just completely flabbergasted and utterly displeased, as we were extremely excited to try out a new fruit delivery company. We will take our business elsewhere. Thank you. As you can see from my email thread with one of their reps, my company did not start off on a good foot and never was able to even try them out.

Over the years you learn which vendors are true partners. Although our relationship with Americas Breakroom started a short time ago in March 2018, it is a partnership that I believe will last a long time. I had been looking for a service such as this for some time and to finally find one that can delivery on all levels is refreshing. The team at Americas Breakroom has a responsive customer service team and the quality of the food is great. Thanks Stephen, Daryl, and the team! I highly recommend checking Americas Breakrooms services out to determine if they would be a good partner for your business.
