We had Reliant Home solutions come and fix our Bathroom floor. They did a great job and had the work completely finished before we moved in! The floor beneath the toilet had rotted and they replaced the sub-floor, reinforced the surrounding sections, and even put down some water-resistant paint before installing a new tile floor. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better first experience with something going wrong with our new house! Lane was easy to work with, consistently fair, and conscientious about doing the best job he could within our budget. He was also very proactive in communicating with us throughout the project and quickly handled any issues that arose.

I love my new mid-century modern desk that Lane from Reliant Home Solutions built. This desk has an amazing finish and fits all of my needs perfectly. I have never been able to find a desk that suited my needs more than this, and Im in love with the overall design and utility of the desk. Lane was phenomenal throughout the entire process, carefully planning both design of the desk and its use. He intentionally thought out my needs and designed the desk accordingly, taking into account my desires for the style, storage needs, pencil holders, a flip top that makes for more storage, and a built-in outlet to charge devices. Please hire Reliant Home Solutions for all of your custom furniture dreams!

Lane and Tyler took on a pretty major (at least for us) renovation for my wife and I on our first home. They opened up our kitchen to our dining/living room, removed carpet/particle board (in preparation for our hardwoods), and painted the ceilings in our entire first floor. I almost forgot to mention the pantry that they custom built in for us. It looks like it was always a part of the home's design. Through the whole process their communication, professionalism, and work quality were top notch. When we ran into a couple of issues/discoveries along the way, they knew the right people to call on to have things handled the correct way for a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again once we are prepared for our next renovation and would happily encourage family and friends to do the same. Thanks again guys!!

We are very pleased with the bathroom install that Lane and his crew completed for us. The work is well done and we are enjoying this extra guest bath. Lane responded quickly to our request for for a quote, calling and coming to our home promptly to talk with us. He was timely in sending a price quote, checking with us as he made his preparation to make certain he was on task with what we desired, and set construction to begin at our convenience. Throughout the tear out and install he kept us informed as to what he was doing currently and what to expect next in the process. He was always open to our requests/preferences and offered informed advice on solutions. I was always comfortable having Lane or any member of his crew in my home and trusted them to complete the work properly, to clean up after themselves, and to secure our home when they departed the site. Working with Lane was a good experience!
