After years of struggling with trigger points in my back, neck and shoulders, I have had incredible release from pain with dry needling treatments. I have regular massages that would help but never eliminate the pain. I highly recommend dry needling to release chronic pain. Thank you Dr. Bester for your help and guidance.

I had heard fantastic things about Dr. Charmaine Bester, and now I know why. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. Dr. Bester immediately made me feel at ease, and she has a warm and friendly approach. She is extremely thorough and knowledgable and I have no doubt Im in great hands. Everything is clearly explained to me at each visit, and Dr. Bester takes the time to teach me and widen my understanding of what Im dealing with and why and the process involved in healing. Its very empowering. I had significant improvement in my pain after only one visit. Me being a mom of two little ones, its a big deal to feel less stress in my body and to be able to chase them around pain-free. Also, she offers dry needling; I havent needed it since seeing her, but knowing she can be a one-stop body healing oasis gives me peace of mind - the search is over.I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I recently had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Bester at Carolina Chiropractic and Consulting in Wake Forest, and I can genuinely say it was one of the most rewarding experiences Ive had in healthcare.
