Dunkin'

Hi Team, I am a big Duncan Donut fan for years, and this location is right on my way to an from work each day. My only frustration and why I had to give 3 stars for service, was I have now come at lunchtime, early afternoon, and in the evening and have been told the same thing every time when it comes to wanting a plain cake donut. Sorry we have sold out. The very nice attendant just yesterday apologized and said; "Yeah, those always sell out fast!". So as a manager, if that was the case, why would I not just make more of them to fill the demand? I also went to another Duncan farther down on Falls of Neuse near the 440 and hit them up one morning at 7:30 am only to be told the same thing. So sounds like someone is just not making enough of these donuts and the one who sets how many of each should be made is basing it off history of sales which is skewed because you never have any! Lol. Thats my rant for the day - make more plain cake donuts!!! :)

Employees said one moment at the drive through and never came back. Still 30mins before closing. Went around and pulled on door and they had locked it. There were 3 of them in there. Not understaffed. Not 5 mins before close. Just plain laziness
