I am transitioning away from one of the bigger banks for various reasons. Recently set up accounts at Fidelity Bank in WF and it was a fantastic experience. Stephanie is excellent to work with as is the entire friendly and caring staff. So nice to get away from the large corporate bank and work with a local bank where I am cordially welcomed and known by name. Should have done this a long time ago.

Add. I Will Add that I left a message to speak to DEE who is Fammiliar with my unique situation and Unfortunately got a call in a Rude Disrespectful tone from someone Else who Isnt. ALL this person needed to do was NOT nominate Herself to call ME not the other way around & semi-Shout in my ear Thanks. Lastly IF she has Doubts about the veracity of my situation I'm Happy to put her in touch with INTERACT Who Don't. It occurs I am Also able to provide contact details for the Orthopedist AND Pain Clinic Doctors I see Have Great relationships with in fact I Just point out my Doctors are Considtenly saying Wow - You are Tough Hon In to my Two Debilitating & in 1 case Likley to prove fatal - Degenerative disease - That's the people with Medical degrees. I could use if not help The Absesnce of Attitude - Particularly when someone calls ME to give it. Dee and All the wonderful ladies at Fidelity have been SUCH a Help & a huge pleasure to work with.
