Travis work was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about our plumbing problem and solved the issue quickly. This is our second call to him and we will call again if we have any other issues in the future.

After hours leak call. Answered when I called didn't have to leave a VM, came out an fixed the problem. Was at my house in 45mins, very nice an fast service

Redneck shenanigans- I got a new washer. Previous cold water hose was absolutely SEIZED onto the cold water faucet. So of course, my Dad and I take grinder and cut the brass fitting off the faucet. What happened? We cut the threads on the cold water faucet. What did you think was gonna happen? That redneck lunacy would actually work? Come on man. So, a ticked off wife, a bewildered father, and a painful look on my face, I needed someone to come fix the problem I created. This all took place sunday evening. Monday morning, I call a plumber. Bright and early. I was greeted by a real human named Mrs. Emily who told me she would have a crew at my house that very day (skeptical- ok Miss, whatever you say *insert eye roll*). Appointment time gets close. Crossed arms and *THAT* look from my wife. Text message comes to me. The crew actually texted me and told me they had a bad situation but would still come out. Mind you, the approximate time was noon to 4 oclock. The crew actually came out at 6:30. At Night. After dealing with something bad. STILL.cameout. Fixed what I broke in like 10 minutes. Washer is running right now as I type. No leaks. Just fine. I pushed hard to tip the crew as I paid on their ipad. They refused. Turns out it was the owner of the company himself. Im sold. Redneck problem solvers. Stopping searching there kiddo. This the plumber you want
